This pistol feels great in my hands. It is very well made, functions smoothly, easy to take down and put back together. The only thing that I have to say about this pistol that is not positive is about the grips, but only because of personal preference. I would rather have rubber grips on my pistol and with no aftermarket grips available, to my knowledge, rubber grip-tape works fine.

Over all this is a product that is made from quality

There used to be lots of reviews here, but they’ve disappeared!

I’ve owned the LH9C for about 2 years, and love the gun. I’m not a polymer or striker-fire fan, so I was drawn to the alloy frame and the DA/SA action. The DA+ is interesting and unique; however the trigger pull is as light as the single action, although I don’t carry it in that mode, it is fun on the range. The gun has functioned flawlessly since new; never a failure of any kind using many brands of FMJ RN and HPs. It’s a pleasure to shoot – low recoil, a very smooth trigger with a short reset, and its very accurate. I carry this in the fall & winter using a Incog Eclipse IWB holster which is comfortable and conceals nicely under a sweatshirt or jacket. I own some very good handguns (Kahr, S&W, Sig, Beretta, Dan Wesson and the Lionheart), and shoot the guns I carry regularly. I’m no “expert”, but after 40+ years of owning and shooting handguns I do know what I like. The quality of the Lionheart is absolutely top-notch in every respect. It’s a pleasure to shoot and 100% reliable.

Got the sniper grey with fiber optic sights. Beautiful gun. Extremely smooth. What drew me to the gun was the action. I like hammer-fired pistols versus striker in a carry gun, but are concerned with accuracy on the first pull. The Lionheart solves this. Shot 150 rounds today and love it. It works as advertised and is extremely accurate. I am very pleased.

This is an update on my original review: I have two 10-round mags and one 15-round mag for the LH9C. The 15-round doesn’t conceal well, and I’ve wanted more capacity for carrying. I think a gun this size should have more than a 10+1 capacity. I recently found a 12-round S&W 6906 mag that fits and functions perfectly, so now with 12+1, I’m much more comfortable carrying the LH9C. If you want a 12-round mag, make sure you get a S&W – I’ve tried aftermarket mags, and they don’t work.
